Each 10 x 10 ft booth includes:

- Additional booth worker: $150 (includes Exhibitors Reception and Wednesday and Thursday lunch)

Payment Schedule & Policy:
Contracts received before July 31st, 2024:

- – A 50% deposit is due August 31st, 2024, with the balance due December 31, 2024
- – Late fee of $400 per booth space for payments received after December 31, 2024
Contracts received after August 31, 2024:

- – Full payment is due within 30 calendar days of invoice
- – A late fee of $400 per booth space for all payments past due
Contracts received after December 31, 2024

- – Full payment is due at invoice. No refunds or credit
Cancellation Policy:
Prior to November 30, 2024: Booths paid for in part or full and canceled by written notification will be provided credit towards a similar booth at an upcoming MSC event within the next 18 months.
After November 30, 2024: All contractual obligations are due. No refund/credit of any payments.
Solicitation Policy:
MSC has a no-solicitation policy covering all of our conferences and expositions. In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees, we do not allow soliciation at our events by attendees or unauthorized parties without the express written permission of MSC. This policy includes, but is not limited to the following unauthorized activities:

- – Unauthorized receptions & parties (including off-site events)
- – Unauthorized exhibits, mobile exhibits & hospitality suites
- – Unauthorized membership recruitment activities
- – Unauthorized promotion of non-MSC events
- – Unauthorized employment recruiting
- – Unwelcome advances toward event participants or the MSC staff
- – Unauthorized on-site distribution of printed or electronic materials including literature, signs, flyers, invitations, tickets, forms, etc. (except business cards)
Any person and/or organization found to be violating this policy may be expelled from the event. No refunds.
Exhibitors or sponsors found to be violating this policy agree to pay MSC the equivalent fee stated in the event’s published rate schedule for exhibit space and/or sponsorships and may be expelled from the event. No refunds.
Egregious and/or multiple violations of this policy may result in disqualification from future events at the discretion of the Measurement Science Conference.
